The Zephyr heart rate sensor is a chest belt that connects via bluetooth to your computer or mobile phone.

On Linux and on BSD you can use tangoGPS for monitoring and logging your heart rate and later on analysing your fitness progress. We guess you'll fin lot more applications for it. 


The Zephyr HxM consists of a belt made of skin friendly fabric for your chest which has two pads measuring the conductivity of your skin. A usage hint: the two pads must be made wet before putting the belt on.


The belt can be put into the washing machine, the sensor/transmitter unit is detachable.
